Hi, I’m Nicole, a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner and the founder of Adirondack Spinal Flow.

My journey to Spinal Flow began through my own healing experience. Like many, I carried stress and tension in my body that I didn’t fully realize was affecting my overall well-being. Through Spinal Flow, I experienced firsthand how gently working with the nervous system can create profound shifts- physically, emotionally, and energetically. This work helped me feel more grounded, regulated, and connected within my body, inspiring me to share this healing approach with others.

Spinal Flow is a gentle, holistic technique that supports the body’s natural ability to heal by releasing stored stress, tension, and emotional patterns held within the spine and nervous system. Rather than forcing change, this approach allows the body to soften, unwind, and restore balance from the inside out.

At Adirondack Spinal Flow, I intend to create a calm, nurturing, and supportive space where you feel safe to slow down and listen to your body. I work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, and emotional overwhelm, as well as those simply seeking deeper alignment and holistic wellness.

I believe healing doesn’t need to be rushed or forced- it happens when the body feels safe, supported, and seen. This work is an invitation to return home to your body- with ease, trust, and compassion.
